1. About Ptilo

Ptilo is a sneaker collection management platform that helps users track collections, wishlists, analytics, profiles, friends, and related sneaker information.

Ptilo is provided as a free service. Donations may be accepted in the future to support development and operating costs.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use cloud sync, profiles, friends, and other online features.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You must not:

• impersonate another person
• use offensive or misleading usernames
• attempt to access another user's account
• interfere with the service or its security

3. User content

You are responsible for content you add to Ptilo, including collection information, usernames, profile details, and uploaded images.

You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, offensive, infringing, misleading, or harmful.

We may remove content or restrict accounts if needed to protect users or the service.

4. Social features

Ptilo includes friend requests, profiles, notifications, and collection/wishlist sharing.

Profiles are private by default, although usernames may be discoverable.

Users are responsible for managing their own privacy settings and friend connections.

5. Sneaker data and market values

Ptilo may display sneaker information, retail prices, estimated market values, images, or links from third-party sources.

This information is provided for general collection management only.

We do not guarantee that sneaker data, market values, prices, or availability are accurate, complete, or current.

Ptilo is not a financial, resale, authentication, or marketplace service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Ptilo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, or changes to the platform.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• scrape, copy, or misuse Ptilo data
• abuse, harass, or spam other users
• attempt to bypass security or access controls
• use Ptilo for illegal activity
• upload malicious code or harmful content
• interfere with the normal operation of the service

8. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using Ptilo at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ptilo is provided "as is" and "as available".

We are not liable for loss arising from your use of Ptilo, including loss of data, incorrect sneaker information, inaccurate market values, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
